The 300 year old building allows us many different configurations for events.

For a seated dinner we offer several configurations. Buffet or cocktail party options will allow for different size configurations. While we don’t charge a fee for the room, there are minimum food and beverage spends for the spaces.

Our fully restored Historical Rustic Barn  with climate control is the perfect place for whatever kind of get together you have in mind. Conveniently located in Newark, DE with just five minutes from nearest hotels and major highways, our private site will provide the perfect environment free of distractions to make sure your event has maximum impact and great results. Our reception area in the Rustic Barn can comfortably accommodate up to 170 guests, or be configured to host an intimate gathering of just a couple dozen, and there is plenty of outdoor space for a picnic or play.

Our Douglas Fir Pavilion with fans and lights is great option for outdoor events, this space comfortably accommodates 100 guests.
